Question by ~~Birdy~~: What better travel destinations are there than Hawaii?

In your opinion. I just got news that I will be going on a 10 day trip to three Hawaiian islands and I’m wondering if I could top it later by some other trip (with similar amenities). Suggestions?

Wow! I wish I could book you into our condo in Kawaii! But we have already forfeited our reservation for this year! Airfare too costly!
I don’t think there is anyplace in the world more beautiful, or more romantic than Hawaii!

Good luck! Avoid Spring Break and Summer months…LOL.

My best recommendation would be to rent a vacation home or condo on a beach…ton of em! I use to live in Kailua, Oahu two blocks from Kailua beach and there were a ton of vacation rentals…and it’s a quiet but beautiful beach on the windward side of the island, near Kaneohe. Out of the “touristie” area. Good luck.

Question by Mrs. Greenlee: How to plan a 10 day trip to Hawaii when I only want 3 days in a hotel?

A good friend is getting us a timeshare for 7 days. It’ll be 4 days in Honolulu and 3 days in Kauai. I was thinking about getting another 3 days or so somewhere else like Maui and I was trying to do a package deal with that and the airline tickets. Is that possible? I want the flights to be 10 days apart but I don’t want 10 days in the hotel….

How about a condo in Maui, you can rent them in Maui from plus a night. You have a lot of advantages with condos, they’re cheaper, they have a kitchen, you have more room and extras, and you can often find them around great beaches! I have stayed at these condos in Maui, and the beach across the street is fab!

Hello,

My fiance and I are looking to go to Hawaii during the month of October for 2 weeks. Were currently committed to a 2 week cruise at 6k.

Are there currently any better deals available? I am looking for a mix of cruise and all inclusive options.

The Kauai Sands is a 1960′s motel that sells a combination motel rent car airfare deal go to http://www.kauaisandshotel.com The motel is not what you would call up to date but it is right on the beach and convenient to the airport . You are close by the Fern Grotto and the falls , a hour or so drive to the canyon on the west side of the island . If your fiance is a serviceman or recently mustered out with a PX card you can get a great deal at the Hale Koa servicemans hotel right on waikiki beach .

You need to decide what you want. If you want beeches and whale-watching – Maui
If you want beeches and want to see the USS Arizona, associated museum and monument – Oahu
If what you want beeches and a less developed less populated area – Kauai
If you want beeches and see an active volcano – Hawaii
